Cancellation and Refund Policy : 

As we have taken many steps and checkpoints to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with Hitech Crackers, we will never wish to cancel your order once placed. We have a simple and straight forward cancellation policy as highlighted below.

In case of Online Payments.

Before Shipping (Changed your mind for any reason) : 

For all cancellations, customer will be charged Flat 4% of order value towards Payment gateway charges / cancellation charges and rest of the amount will be refunded.

After Delivery (Found Defective Product): 

For all cancellations, customer will be charged Flat 4% of order value towards Payment gateway charges / cancellation charges. Also, a reverse shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be charged to pick the order from customer location.

In case of Cash on Delivery.

For all cancellations, customer will be charged a reverse shipping fee of Rs. 220 to pick the order and refund in cash.

In case of any refund requests or cancellations post delivery, customer should produce a valid proof of the defective product. In case of any fire accidents, Hitech Crackers do not take any responsibility as mentioned in in our Terms and Conditions.
